I love indoor grills for cooking a variety of tasty grilled foods for our entire family. One of the grills I found the other day while shopping was this Delonghi BQ100 grill. On the outside you might think it is no different than any other type of indoor grill, but it has a feature that really caught my eye. It comes complete with a built in broiler.
I like the sound of having a broiler because it means you could sear your food on the grill surface, and then finish cooking it by popping it into the broiler. This is nice because you won’t need to constantly be standing at the grill watching your foods. You can be doing other things around the kitchen.
The grill has many of the standards features as in other models, such as non-stick grilling plates and heating elements that are embedded in the grill plate. I haven’t tried this grill out yet, but I may be buying it in the near future to give it a go.
